Andreas is a recognized leader with extensive international experience in security and risk management. He has delivered tailored solutions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia—managing operations from physical security and risk assessment to crisis management and close protection. Adept at leading diverse teams and overseeing substantial budgets, Andreas balances robust security measures with operational flexibility to drive both safety and business success. Certified as a Business Continuity Manager (CBCI), ISO 31000 Risk Management Professional (CRMP), and Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CATS), he exemplifies forward-thinking leadership in complex environments.
Saurabh Srivastava
Managing Partner & Regional Director
A seasoned Army veteran, entrepreneur, and expert in risk and crisis management, Saurabh brings nearly 20 years of experience delivering strategic security solutions across sectors. He has led over 1,000 consulting projects—including for nearly 40% of Fortune 500 companies—and most recently served as Director of Crisis and Security Consulting for a leading global risk advisory firm, where he played a key role in expanding operations across South Asia. Saurabh is a recipient of the Business World 40 Under 40 Risk Management Professional Award, a certified lead auditor for ISO 22301 and 27001, and an active voice in the DEI and security leadership space through his work with ASIS International. His entrepreneurial journey and dedication to scalable, resilient solutions reflect the spirit of innovation we value at LRM.

John Schachnovsky
Board of Directors & Strategic Advisor
John is a retired Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent with 25 years of federal law enforcement experience. Throughout his FBI career, John investigated organized crime, terrorism, white collar crime, cybercrime, and violent crime. He brings world-class expertise in intelligence, law enforcement, and regional security strategy. After his retirement, John worked as a security and law enforcement consultant for numerous multinational companies, and is currently the Chairman of the ASIS International, Thailand Chapter. As a Board of Director and Strategic Advisor at Lares Risk Management International, he provides expert guidance on regional and global security, risk management, intelligence, and law enforcement collaboration. Beyond corporate security, John advises on drug and alcohol abuse and other risks affecting young people at international schools across Asia.
Kevin Eggleton
Board Director & Strategic Advisor
Kevin brings over 23 years of operational leadership in security, law enforcement, and national risk mitigation to his role as Board Member and Strategic Advisor at LRM. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and former senior leader within the Department of Homeland Security, Kevin has built a career around protecting people, assets, and infrastructure across both public and private sectors. His experience spans federal, state, and local law enforcement, along with corporate and aviation security, giving him a comprehensive view of the risk landscape across critical sectors. From managing large-scale guard force operations across 200+ client sites in Thailand to directing federal aviation security and dignitary protection efforts in the U.S., Kevin brings strategic insight and disciplined oversight to every engagement.

Natchaya Praseerod (PJ)
Security Operations Manager
PJ is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a Master’s degree in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor’s in International Trade and Business Logistics from KMUTNB. She brings extensive experience in operations management, administrative coordination, and international project execution. In her role, PJ will play a key part in ensuring seamless service delivery, managing client requirements, and supporting both regional and global operations as we continue to grow. With international experience that includes participation in global exchange programs in the United States, she brings a strong global mindset, adaptability, and leadership presence. Fluent in both Thai and English, PJ is known for her communication skills, operational focus, and delivering high-quality support to clients.

With over 20 years of experience leading technology and security projects across critical industries including pharmaceuticals, energy, and water management, Robin brings a grounded, solution-driven approach to every engagement. Known for his ability to align technical delivery with business needs, he has led cross-functional teams and projects that drive measurable results in OT Cyber Security, operational efficiency, and product quality. Robin’s leadership style is thoughtful and straightforward, making him a valuable addition to our mission of delivering trusted, high-performance solutions across sectors.
