Andreas Karki is a recognized security and risk management executive with over 25 years of international experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He has led complex, multi-country operations spanning physical security, enterprise risk management, crisis response, and executive protection, consistently delivering structured, outcome-driven solutions in high-risk and fast-moving environments.
A two-time award-winning security professional, Andreas is recognized for operational excellence and leadership within the industry. A strategic operator with strong commercial acumen, he has directed multicultural teams and managed significant budgets, aligning governance, operational discipline, and business objectives to strengthen organizational resilience. His approach combines rigorous risk frameworks with practical execution, ensuring security functions act as enablers of growth rather than barriers to progress.
He is certified as a Business Continuity Manager (CBCI), ISO 31000 Risk Management Professional (CRMP), and Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CATS), reflecting his commitment to internationally aligned standards and professional excellence in complex global environments.
Saurabh Srivastava

A seasoned Army veteran, entrepreneur, and expert in risk and crisis management, Saurabh brings nearly 20 years of experience delivering strategic security solutions across sectors. He has led over 1,000 consulting projects—including for nearly 40% of Fortune 500 companies—and most recently served as Director of Crisis and Security Consulting for a leading global risk advisory firm, where he played a key role in expanding operations across South Asia. Saurabh is a recipient of the Business World 40 Under 40 Risk Management Professional Award, a certified lead auditor for ISO 22301 and 27001, and an active voice in the DEI and security leadership space through his work with ASIS International. His entrepreneurial journey and dedication to scalable, resilient solutions reflect the spirit of innovation we value at LRM.

Kieran Howells is a seasoned security professional with over a decade of experience spanning military service, private security, and close protection for UHNWI, executives, and private families across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His expertise includes crisis management, protective logistics, SOP design, staffing oversight, and security team leadership. As Country Manager & Partner for LRM, Kieran brings a proven ability to bridge traditional close protection with modern security management, delivering discreet yet resilient protection strategies that align with LRM's regional expansion.

John Schachnovsky
Board of Directors & Strategic Advisor
John is a retired Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent with 25 years of federal law enforcement experience. Throughout his FBI career, John investigated organized crime, terrorism, white collar crime, cybercrime, and violent crime. He brings world-class expertise in intelligence, law enforcement, and regional security strategy. After his retirement, John worked as a security and law enforcement consultant for numerous multinational companies, and is currently the Chairman of the ASIS International, Thailand Chapter. As a Board of Director and Strategic Advisor at Lares Risk Management International, he provides expert guidance on regional and global security, risk management, intelligence, and law enforcement collaboration. Beyond corporate security, John advises on drug and alcohol abuse and other risks affecting young people at international schools across Asia.

Natchaya Praseerod (PJ)
Security Operations Manager
PJ is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a Master’s degree in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor’s in International Trade and Business Logistics from KMUTNB. She brings extensive experience in operations management, administrative coordination, and international project execution. In her role, PJ will play a key part in ensuring seamless service delivery, managing client requirements, and supporting both regional and global operations as we continue to grow. With international experience that includes participation in global exchange programs in the United States, she brings a strong global mindset, adaptability, and leadership presence. Fluent in both Thai and English, PJ is known for her communication skills, operational focus, and delivering high-quality support to clients.

Known for his ability to align technical delivery with business needs, he has led cross-functional teams and projects that drive measurable results in OT Cyber Security, operational efficiency, and product quality. Robin’s leadership style is thoughtful and straightforward, making him a valuable addition to our mission of delivering trusted, high-performance solutions across sectors.
