This year, Lares Risk Management International had the opportunity to support two fast-growing organizations within India’s dynamic sports landscape:
• A franchise in the Pro Kabaddi League, one of the country’s most-watched tournaments
• The inaugural season of the Indian Pickleball League (IPBL), a new league entering a competitive national environment
Both engagements shared a common challenge: establishing robust operational and governance structures during periods of rapid expansion.
