(LRMI), a leading independent risk advisory and intelligence firm, today announces the establishment of Lares Risk Management Europe B.V., a new European entity created to strengthen the group’s regional footprint and accelerate strategic growth across the continent. The entity is being launched with a strategic investment from Werner Cooreman, who will join as a Board of Director and Advisor of Lares Risk Management Europe, supporting the company’s long-term expansion strategy in Europe.
Lares Risk Management Europe will serve as the central hub for the group’s European operations, focusing on cross-border risk advisory, geopolitical analysis, corporate intelligence, compliance advisory, and strategic security solutions for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government-linked entities.
