Sherman Bonofacio Joins as Director for the Benelux Region

Sherman brings more than three decades of experience in the safety, security, and investigative sector. His career began in 1990 within the military, where he served as an elite professional handling high-risk security assignments both domestically and internationally. This early foundation shaped a disciplined and operationally focused approach that continues to define his work today.
In 1996, Sherman transitioned into the private sector, expanding his expertise across operational, managerial, and educational roles. Over the years, he has built a strong track record in project management, security consultancy, and organizational risk advisory. His experience spans complex environments where security, resilience, and strategic decision-making are critical.
Throughout his career, Sherman has worked closely with organizations to assess and address safety and security challenges. His approach combines practical field experience with a structured understanding of risk management frameworks. This balance enables him to support clients in developing solutions that are both effective and sustainable.
As Director for the Benelux region, Sherman will focus on strengthening regional capabilities, supporting clients with tailored risk management strategies, and contributing to the broader development of Lares Risk Management International’s services. His leadership is expected to further enhance the organization’s presence and delivery across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
