The ACS Lead is the primary resource for Access Control System administration, operations, and expert-level support across the client’s enterprise estate. This individual must have deep, hands-on expertise with one or more major ACS platforms (Lenel being primary) and solid working knowledge of Milestone VMS to provide cross-coverage and collaboration support with Position 2.

Primary Responsibilities – ACS (Expert Level)
- Own end-to-end user and credential lifecycle management aligned with HR/JML processes.
- Configure and maintain access levels, door controllers, schedules, readers, and permissions across offices, ODCs, and restricted zones.
- Deliver L2/L3 incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis within SLA.
- Lead ACS implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.
- Manage and maintain integrations with HR systems, IAM, BMS, fire alarm, and VMS.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with security policies, internal audits, and life-safety regulations.
- Maintain change records, release documentation, and drive knowledge transfer.
Secondary Responsibilities – VMS (Working Knowledge)
- Provide cross-coverage support for Milestone VMS during peak periods, incidents, or leave of Position 2.
- Assist with camera onboarding, system health monitoring, and basic retrieval tasks.
- Coordinate with Position 2 on integrated ACS-VMS incidents and investigation support.
Qualifications & Experience – Position 1
Essential
- 8–12 years of hands-on physical security systems experience, predominantly in ACS.
- Expert-level proficiency in Lenel OnGuard (mandatory); knowledge of Siemens, Primion, Interflex, or Nexus is a strong advantage.
- Proven L2/L3 support track record with SLA-managed enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience integrating ACS with HR, IAM, BMS, and fire alarm systems.
- English proficiency – spoken and written (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Milestone XProtect (configuration, health monitoring, basic admin).
Desirable
- German language – spoken and/or written (client has EMEA operations; German-speaking stakeholders).
- Milestone certification (current or willing to obtain).
- Multi-site and global MNC experience.
- Familiarity with PSIM and SOC operational environments.
