Designation: Associate Operations & Risk Consultant
Location: Bangalore
Working: FTE at office, 05 days a week
We are looking for a hands-on, organised and resourceful professional with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational challenges, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and is comfortable moving between field assignments, research, coordination and client interactions.

- Logistics & Operations: Operations Executives, Logistics Coordinators, Field Operations Executives
- Facilities & Workplace Operations: Facilities Coordinators, Workplace Operations Executives, Site Operations Executives
- Events & MICE Operations: Event Operations Executives, Venue Operations Coordinators, MICE Operations Executives
What you will do:
- Support site surveys, risk assessments and field operations.
- Conduct online research and prepare concise reports and briefings.
- Coordinate executive movements, transport arrangements and operational schedules.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors and client representatives.
- Maintain trackers, documentation and operational records.
- Manage competing priorities with accuracy, initiative and sound judgement.
What we are looking for:
A proactive professional with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, good written and verbal communication, and a willingness to take ownership. Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to undertake field assignments are essential.
Prior experience in risk management or security consulting is not mandatory. We value operational capability, problem-solving and the ability to get things done.
