A business visit to Ho Chi Minh City may include meetings, factory visits and dinners, with plans changing along the way. Executive protection should work around your schedule and help you get on with the purpose of your visit.

Lares Risk Management (LRM) Vietnam provides executive protection, secure transportation and airport support, with one point of contact from the first conversation through to departure.

Understanding your plans

We start with a conversation about who is travelling, where they need to go and what help they need. This includes flight times, meeting locations and any particular concerns. We then prepare a proposal covering the services suited to your visit.

Once agreed, we arrange the protection officers, drivers and airport assistance required. We brief the team on your itinerary and preferences so everyone knows what is expected.

Support around your meetings

Support may involve taking you to a meeting and remaining discreetly nearby, accompanying you on a factory visit or helping with arrangements at a venue. We agree with you when an officer should accompany you and when staying nearby is more appropriate. Evening plans can also be included.

Help with local communication

A protection officer who speaks English and Vietnamese can help with everyday communication as well as security. This may involve speaking with drivers, meeting hosts or venue staff and confirming where to meet. Local knowledge helps make these arrangements easier when you are visiting unfamiliar places.

Adjusting when plans change

Meetings can run late, flights can change and extra stops may be needed. We stay in contact and update the transport and protection arrangements as required. For larger groups, we can discuss additional drivers if people need to travel separately.

For one business delegation we supported, the schedule included factory visits, meetings, dinners and several airport transfers. When timings changed, we adjusted the transport arrangements and briefed the team on the revised schedule. The client had one point of contact to handle those changes.

Planning your visit

Share your proposed dates, group size and outline itinerary, along with any concerns or preferences. Your plans do not need to be final before we speak.
