The past three months have been nothing short of exceptional for us at Lares Risk Management (LRM).
We’ve been actively leading and increasing our contracts across the regions, while steadily expanding our footprint on a global scale. Our team has supported ongoing operations in multiple locations, successfully completed several Threat, Vulnerability & Risk Assessments (TVRAs) in Southeast Asia, and proudly launched our Embedded Security Professional (ESP) Program. The response was immediate and overwhelming, within days, we received CVs from over 50 highly qualified, professional candidates eager to be part of this initiative.
In addition, we secured and started delivering a global OT Security Program for a major multinational organisation, and supported a leading real estate company in Europe with risk management challenges and complex contract negotiations, further demonstrating our ability to deliver strategic value in high-stakes environments.
We also had the opportunity to attend key industry events, including ASIS Europe – From Risk to Resilience in Dublin and Transported Asset Protection Association EMEA in Germany, strengthening relationships and staying aligned with the latest security trends and innovations.

These achievements made us reflect on our original vision. The long-term vision plans we laid out for 2, 5, even 10 years ahead — many of those goals have already been reached or are well underway. It’s time to raise the bar and redefine what’s next.
With new locations emerging and hiring accelerating, we’re entering the next phase of our global expansion — focused, committed, and ready for what’s ahead.
